Agitaser's History

Since it was founded by José Serra Hernández in 1942, Agitaser’s history has always gone hand-in-hand with research, innovation and technological development. In terms of research, in 1952 Mr. José Serra set up TRITUSER, the first electric mixer agitator on the market and the embryo for the present-day agitators.

The TRITUSER won numerous awards, the most significant being the following:

  • Silver Medal at the International Exhibition of Inventions in Paris in 1953.
  • Gold Medal at the International Exhibition of Inventions in Brussels in 1955.
  • Gold Medal at the Monaco International Exhibition of Inventions in Brussels in 1959.

Other inventions such as the clothes dryer SECASER, the portable dishwasher FREGASER and the smoke extractor ASPIRASER, have served to cement our technological development and continue our ongoing improvement, being at the forefront of new technologies.

However, since 1959 our work has focused on agitation in all its aspects, building different models of agitators and offering our clients the best and most reliable products.

Since it was set up in 1965, we have always attended the International Chemicals Fair in Barcelona, “Expoquimia”, a superb trade fair exhibiting all the latest products, services and other elements related to agitation.
